Good morning everyone.. Hope everyone had a great weekend!! Okay the title today is something that happened to me u got it when I least expected it.. bare with me here.
Well when I recently decided to change my everyday habits and try and be a bit healthier and just cross my fingers to see if that would help my everyday anxiety. And yep it did , out of no where one day after many weeks of a healthier lifestyle I was able to walk into a grocery store and thats it just walk in without any worries or put myself into panic mode, which normally would happen. I didnt even realize I didnt have any anxious thoughts or panic attack until I got to the produce section and realized OMG what did I just do I just came in here like a normal person and didnt have a freak out moment. The overwhelming happiness that came thru me was unbelievable. Granted that didnt happen every time I went somewhere there after but that one great moment for me pushed me to want to try and try to keep that feeling. And I knew from that moment on that yes I was very capable of doing it. I had it in me this whole time.
Of course I know everyone is different and some of these things that I am writing about may or may not help. I truly in all of this just want to help as many people as I can going thru similiar things. I know how tough it is to feel like you are the only one going thru this and always stuck in your thoughts which for me led to over thinking, then to extreme anxiety and panic. And I always open to hear anyones experiences and what helped them thru it.
You dont have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you.
